Ahli Gizi

1. Pendidikan minimal DIII/S1 Gizi, diutamakan dari Poltekes Medan dan Poltekes Jakarta;

2. Usia maksimal 40 tahun;

3. Memiliki pemahaman dalam menyusun menu dan melakukan perhitungan gizi;

4. Memahami keamanan/higienitas pangan, prinsip HACCP, halal, GMP, ide atas variasi menu;

5. Mampu mencapai indikator kinerja utama antara lain: ketepatan waktu, rasa, aroma, variasi & Service Level Agreement (SLA) lainnya;

6. Penempatan di Jakarta, Pematang Siantar, Parapat, Kec. Dolok Panribuan - Simalungun.
