Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): Good negotiation skill, Excellent selling and influencing skills, Strong communication and presentation skills in English and other language, Planning and organisational skills.
- Can operate pivot table (Microsoft Excel)
- Preferable experienced in Agribusiness Company (Especially in Flour Mill, CPO and Grain Industry)
- Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, Kendari, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Samarinda & Berau
Job Description :
- Direct, coordinate and create company sales and marketing revenue.
- Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Monitor project progress to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and handle any complaint in proper manner.
- Monitor database of prospecting client through sales force system in order to achieve the agreed target.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
- Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
- Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development.
- Handle customer quotation, cancellation or changes in sales order, and communicate the changes to related departments in order to avoid any unnecessary problem.
- Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
- Responsible for sales revenue and profit targets.
