Our dynamic and creative team is looking for an Account Executive with the key roles and responsibilities as follows:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build a keen understanding and acquire knowledge of consumers, brands, businesses, and clients.
• Take part in a multi-functional team to develop and implement 360-degree communication plans. Develop client service process and enforce the process on a regular basis.
• Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency, comply with the company’s and client’s policies, and deliver clients’ satisfaction.
• Regularly report the business results to clients and related stakeholders in the agency.
• Enforce the agency’s culture and values.

Candidate profile:

You should be a self-starter with a positive, “can do” attitude. You should be level-headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; should be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.

• At least 2 years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling integrated/social communication.
• Have good account management skill that is built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand-building, and disciplines of Advertising/ PR/ Events/ Digital. Advertising/TVC experience is preferred.
• Attention to detail and follow-through, great multi-tasker.
• Have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team player.
• Embrace changes and challenges, and be able to handle pressure well.
• Professionalism, integrity & transparency.
