Job description for After Sales Service Manager at Pt. Kobelindo Compressors
- Responsible for the end-to-end after-sales operation for compressor products.
- Manage day-to-day activities of After Sales Operation includes branches office.
- Provide technical service / technical training / technical advice to dealer/user.
- Develop an after-sales department operating plan that supports the divisional and corporate strategies and business plan.
- Effectively manage the after-sales plan through to completion targets and standards.
- Manage workflow and scheduling to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Trains, motivates and advises after-sales engineers and ensures that they are productive.
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends.
- At least bachelor’s degree (Major in engineering or relevant).
- Work experience of at least 12 years in similar position in after sales service for compressors and or utility business.
- Solid experience in After sales service management.
- Good language skills in English.
- Good computer skills with Ms.Office.
- A strong work ethic, hunter mentality, love of sales and the drive to get out in the field and support existing business and / or pursue new business daily.
- Have excellent people skills and intuitive to client’s needs
- Expected to close business deals successfully by means of an excellent negotiation & presentation skills and an innovative and persuasive character.
- Continually drive effective results and outstanding problem solving skills.
- Used to work in tight deadline and under pressure.
- Mature, organized, outgoing, energetic and confident.
- Be well-groomed and presentable.
