Job description for After Sales Service (Harian) at Indotara Persada

PT. Indotara Persada merupakan distributor alat-alat kebutuhan industri. Kami menyediakan alat angkut, forklift, crane, genset, UPS, mesin pabrik, dan lain-lain.

Saat ini, kami sedang mencari Sales After Sales Service - Maintenance untuk menambah jumlah tim pada perusahaan.

Syarat:

Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK
Menguasai kemampuan Sales & Negotiation serta aktif melakukan follow-up ke customer.
Mampu mengelola administrasi sales (quotation, database customer, reporting, dan MS Office).
Memiliki basic technical product knowledge dan pemahaman terkait follow-up maintenance.
Komunikatif, teliti, disiplin, dan berorientasi pada target kerja.
Penempatan di 2 cabang perusahaan (Gading Serpong & Cikupa)

Job Description:

Manajemen Kontrak & Penawaran: Menyusun, menawarkan, dan menindaklanjuti (follow up) paket maintenance serta kontrak AMC hingga tahap closing atau renewal.
Customer Retention: Menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan eksisting melalui pengingat jadwal servis berkala (preventive maintenance) berdasarkan data pemakaian unit.
Koordinasi Teknis & Estimasi: Berkolaborasi dengan tim teknis untuk menentukan lingkup pekerjaan serta estimasi biaya jasa dan sparepart.
Administrasi & Database: Mengelola database pelanggan, riwayat servis, serta menyusun laporan aktivitas progres maintenance
