II. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute social commerce campaigns for brands on e-commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopee).
- Support the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopee), including product listings, campaign setup, seller coordination, and platform-related issue resolution.
- Identify, reach out, and onboard sellers/affiliates to collaborate and drive product sales.
- Manage and maintain relationships with sellers throughout the selling process.
- Support sellers in content direction, product understanding, and sales performance optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams to scale the affiliate network and maximize GMV.
- Track performance, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns based on data.
III. REQUIREMENTS
- 4th-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Previous working experience is preferred, especially in sales/telesales/customer service/e-commerce.
- Good communication and persuasion skills; comfortable with telesales and client outreach.
- Proactive, fast-learning, and detail-oriented.
- Familiar with social media platforms, basic Google Sheets/Excel, and AI tools for work purposes.
- Male candidates are preferred.
IV. OFFERS
- Allowance: 5,000,000 VND/month + parking fee support.
- Duration: 6 months. A performance review will be conducted upon completion. Successful traineeship will be promoted to Junior level; otherwise, the trainee period will be extended.

V. WORKING TIME
- Working time: 9:00 - 18:00, from Monday to Friday
