Job description for Affiliate Community Internship at PT. Borwita Indah
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Support to Find, identify, and contact potential affiliate candidates according to various product categories and communities.
- Support establish initial communication and conduct basic negotiations regarding cooperation schemes.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new affiliates into the company's affiliate program.
- Support maintain good relationships with principals who have collaborated so that they remain active and develop.
- Support propose creative ideas to increase the number and quality of affiliates and principals in the company's business ecosystem.
REQUIREMENT:
- Final year student with no class attend, majoring in Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, or related fields.
- Have a basic understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and affiliate programs.
- Able to communicate persuasively well, both in writing and verbally.
- Have good negotiation skills to establish cooperation with affiliates and principals.
- Proactive, have high initiative, and are able to work independently or in a team.
- Experience in influencer, KOL, or digital marketing communities is a plus
- Willing to work from office in Central Jakarta and able to join ASAP.
