Chi tiết công việc Customer Service (Night Shift) tại Mac Marketing
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries in both English and Vietnamese.
- Receive and respond to customer’s feedback.
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, professionally, and politely.
- Assist other departments within the company as needed.
Working Hours
- Shift 1: 8 PM – 4 AM
- 5.5 days per week
Requirements
- Experienced in customer care or call centers is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills (listening, speaking). Good English communication skills are a strong advantage. (English level IELTS 5.5 – 6.0 or equivalent)
- Empathy, patience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment
- Skills in using computers and office software (Excel, Word).
- Own a laptop/PC to support Work From Home (WFH) in case of emergencies.
- Have responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to handle work pressure.
- Due to the nature of night shifts, the ability to manage schedules and workloads is necessary to maintain health and well-being for nighttime work.
