What You'll Learn
Market & budget analysis
- Gain hands-on experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.

Job Description
Planning & Executing Ads Campaigns
- Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Google, TikTok…
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Develop targeting strategies and campaign structures based on objectives.
Optimization & Performance Tracking
- Monitor campaign performance (CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS…).
- Continuously optimize ads (creative, audience, bidding strategies).
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze data and prepare performance reports.
Collaboration & Strategy Development
- Work closely with Content and Design teams to develop ad creatives.
- Suggest ideas for improving campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices.
SEO Support (Plus)
- Support basic SEO activities (keyword research, content optimization).
- Collaborate with the team to improve website traffic and organic performance.
Requirements
Experience
- 2-3 years of experience in running digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads…).
- Candidates with experience running campaigns for international markets are highly preferred.
- Preferred candidates born in the 1990s (9x generation).
Skills Required
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Experience in campaign setup, tracking, and optimization.
- Basic understanding of SEO/SEM (SEO knowledge is a plus).
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Proficient in digital tools (Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Basic design or content understanding is a plus.
