Job description for Admission Officer at Education Republic
Responsibilities:
- Process students’ university application submissions to overseas institutions.
- Review and organize students’ application documents.
- Regularly track application progress and ensure all applications are processed properly.
- Build and maintain good communication with partner universities abroad.
- Provide regular updates regarding students’ application progress.
- Work closely with the Consultant Team to complete students’ university applications.
- Handle other administrative tasks as required by the company.
Qualifications:
- Preferably a S1 graduate in Administration or Related fields (graduates from other majors will also be considered).
- Experience in administrative work and familiarity with data entry are preferred.
- Highly detail-oriented and responsible.
- Proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
- Proficient in computer operations (Email, Outlook, MS Office, Google Drive, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.
