The purpose of the Admissions Administrator is to provide efficient, organized, and welcoming support throughout the student admissions process, ensuring a positive and professional experience for prospective families. This role is responsible for managing inquiries, application documentation, communication, and data entry while upholding the values and reputation of the school.
Qualifications & Experience
●Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Business, Education, or a related field.
●At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, admissions, or customer service role, preferably in an international or school environment.
●Proficient in English (written and spoken); fluency in another language is a plus.
●Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●Strong organizational and time management abilities.
●High attention to detail and accuracy.
●Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
●Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
●Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
●Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and school databases or CRM platforms.

Duties & Responsibilities
1.Admissions Process Support
·Handle inquiries from prospective families via email, phone, or in person in a professional and timely manner.
·Assist with the complete admissions process, including application tracking, document collection, and follow-up communication.
·Schedule campus tours, student assessments, and family interviews.
·Maintain up-to-date and accurate student records in the admissions database or school information system.
2.Communication and Coordination
·Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents, providing information about the school’s programs, admissions requirements, and key dates.
·Liaise with academic, finance, and leadership teams to ensure smooth processing of applications and enrollment.
·Send acceptance letters, enrollment offers, and onboarding information to successful applicants.
3.Reporting and Data Management
·Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and enrollment statuses.
·Generate admissions reports for school leadership as needed.
·Monitor application trends and provide insights to support admissions planning.
4.School Representation
·Represent the school professionally during school tours, open houses, and admissions events.
·Support marketing and outreach efforts by preparing materials and assisting with event logistics.
·Promote the school’s values and unique offerings to prospective families.
5.General Administrative Duties
·Ensure confidentiality and security of applicant and student information.
·Provide general administrative support to the Admissions and Marketing teams.
·Support with translation or bilingual communication when needed (if applicable).
