Adminstrative Executive
- Doing of paperwork, filing and administrative work
- Schedule travel and meeting arrangements
- Create and design professional PowerPoint Slides
- Prepare meeting materials
- Key person for disseminating information and following up
- Assist our marketing team in campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels and above
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with marketing on social media platforms. i.e., Facebook, Instagram
- Class 3 driving licence preferred.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
