Monaetic is a new fashion brand that is designed by our incredible fashion designers. Monaetic is a seasonal fashion brand from ready-to-wear to haute couture.
We are looking for a competitive Administrative multi-tasker with an excellent communication skills.
Candidates should be able to assist management and distribute information within an office. This generally include handling all office tasks. By providing polite and professional assistance via phone,email, taking memos and maintaining files. Administrative may also be in charge of sending and receiving correspondence, as well as greeting clients and customers.
You will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in financial activities of the business and in charge for the accounts of the Monaetic.
- Doing Administrative and Clerical tasks.
- Preparing and editing letters, report, memos, presentation, reports and emails.
- Arranging meetings,appointments, and recording meeting minutes.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointment and preventing conflicts.
- Answering phone calls and taking messages
- Handling Multiple projects.
- Prepare and monitor invoices.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
- Resolve administrative problems.
- Assistance in monitoring of Financial management.
- Data entry into the system, preparing a balance sheet, updating financial records, and processing invoices.
- Prepare cost analysis reports for the company.
- Bachelor Degree in a related field. Fresh Graduate if preferable.
- Select only Male with age between 23 to 28 years.
- Prior administrative experience.
- Excellent Computer Skills.
- Attention to details and problem solving skills.
- Multilingual may be preferred or required. English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Excellent in Microsoft office and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of Data Privacy Standards.
- Customer Service Skills.
- Knowledge for Accounting Practices.
