Job description for Administration Head (Batam) at PT. Plaza Auto Mega
- Review financial statement
- Review General Ledger accounts to ensure that all financial transactions meets the statutory and reporting requirements
- Manage the operational accounting activities including A/P, A/R, Cash/Bank, GL
- Perform in weekly and monthly cash flow report and projection
- Collaborates with the across the division to meet company goals and objectives
- Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of goals, objectives, policies, and priorities for branch
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Automotive industry as administration supervisor is a must.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting (preferred)
- Strong analytical and coordination capabilities; capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-tasking
- Highly-effective leadership and problem-solving skills, including above-average communication skill
- Placement in Batam.
