Job description for Administrasi Penjualan at Ektong Swalayan

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab :

  1. Menginput dan memproses pesanan pelanggan ke dalam sistem.
  2. Membuat dan mengelola dokumen penjualan seperti:
  3. Sales Order (SO)
  4. Surat Jalan
  5. Faktur/Invoice
  6. Nota Retur
  7. Memastikan kelengkapan dan keakuratan data penjualan.
  8. Berkoordinasi dengan tim gudang terkait ketersediaan stok dan pengiriman barang.
  9. Memantau status pesanan hingga barang diterima pelanggan.
  10. Menyiapkan laporan penjualan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan.
  11. Mengarsipkan dokumen penjualan secara rapi dan sistematis.
  12. Membantu tim sales dalam penyusunan data pelanggan dan penawaran.
  13. Menindaklanjuti keluhan administrasi pelanggan terkait pesanan, faktur, atau pengiriman.
  14. Melakukan rekonsiliasi data penjualan dengan bagian keuangan apabila diperlukan.
