Working location: 20 Vo Truong Toan, An Khanh Ward (former An Phu Ward - D2), HCMC
Working hours: 40 hours/ week and 8 hours/ day
- Mondays off and 1 weekend off (Saturday or Sunday)
- Tuesday to Friday, earliest start from 10:00 and latest end at 20:30
- Saturday and Sunday, earliest start from 08:30 and latest end at 17:30

RESPONSIBILITY
1. Facilities & Center Readiness
- Ensure the center is clean, organized, and aligned with premium standards; classrooms are fully prepared for sessions;
- Manage facilities, equipment, and supplies; conduct regular checks and coordinate maintenance when needed.
2. Front Desk & Administrative Coordination
- Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, and guests;
- Handle inquiries, calls, and messages promptly and professionally;
- Maintain accurate records (students, schedules, attendance, payments), collect tuition, and prepare reports as required.
3. Customer Experience & Service Excellence
- Deliver a high-quality service experience in line with premium standards at E2;
- Build strong relationships with students and parents, resolve issues proactively, and collaborate with teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
4. Academic Operations Support
- Prepare class and semester materials, coordinate with teachers, and support smooth program delivery;
- Assist with academic records and end-of-term processes.
5. Event & Project Logistics
- Support planning and execution of events and activities;
- Handle logistics, coordinate across teams, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of assigned tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred;
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative or operations roles (education or service industry preferred);
- Strong communication skills in both Vietnamese and English;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace;
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
- Customer-focused mindset with a professional and proactive attitude;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Exposure to international or bilingual school systems (e.g., IB, IGCSE, etc.);
