The Administrator will support and manage the company's administrative and office operations, as well as internal data. Additionally, the personnel in this position will assist the company's Executive Board in internal activities.
- Coordinate the company's key activities.
- Organize meetings and schedule important company events.
- Plan and manage office supply orders and materials for departments.
- Organize and maintain records of customers and business partners.
- Draft, review, and manage documents related to quotations and contracts.
- Store and print company documents for events or important meetings.
- Update customer information, store, and manage related documents.
- Support the Accounting Department with tasks such as: tracking and paying for the company's fixed services.
- Provide logistical support for company events and activities.
