Job description for Admin Sales at Pt. Alvindo Catur Sentosa
Requirements :
1. Job experience period minimal 3 years (per company/in the same company) with proven experiences as admin sales (industrial business, its preferable).
2. Minimal Diploma Deg. (D3) graduated.
3. GPA minimum 3.0 of 4.00.
4. Age maximum 30 years old.
Hard-skills:
1. Administration management (detailing, filing, file tracking and creating paper work/letters).
2. Well operate for MS. Office (Especially MS. EXCEL, ADOBE & OUTLOOK).
3. Having experience with ERP system. Knowing phase of tender/project process (both ONLINE ePROC & OFFLINE).
4. Having experience & able to operate/manage electronic Procurement (ePROC) customers.
5. Willing to do visit customer and/or meeting with customer (by phone call & visit).
6. Strong in follow-up activity (call/email/visit).
7. English communication (preferable).
Soft-skills:
1. Good attitude & Responsible.
2. Initiative and proactive person.
