Job description for Admin Project Marketing Tender (ICT Government Project) at Confidential Company Talenthunt 2-002
- Responsible for handling project tender, contract agreement, progress report, and request for payment
- Prepare and submit documents for government tenders
- Ensure the tender process is successful
- Preparing Correspondence and draft letter
- Maintenance good communication with customer
- Work together with other departments
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Building and maintaining with customers
- Liaise with government customers related to correspondence letter, admin logistic (in / out goods movement)
- Provide schedule and planning support for the administration of contracts including scope of works & tender/contract preparation and correspondence.
- At least proficient speaking conversational and reading materials in English
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma D-3
- Ability to operate Microsoft Office (Ms. Excel and Ms. Word)
- At least 2 years working experience in government procurement projects
- Able to work until late and travel for work
- High confidentiality and integrity
- High knowledge in government procurement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, disciplined, honest
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
