About the role
We are seeking a talented Tax Officer Admin to join our team at PT. Guna Solusindo Utama, a dynamic company located in Ungasan, Bali. As a Tax Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our organisation's compliance with relevant tax regulations and optimising our tax planning strategies. What you'll be doing
- Preparing, calculating, and filing accurate tax returns, including corporate income tax, VAT, and other relevant taxes
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Conducting tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Coordinate and communicate actively with clients to obtain required data and information.
- Assist clients during tax audits, objections, or disputes if necessary.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide timely and accurate tax advice and support
- Monitoring changes in tax laws and regulations, and implementing necessary updates to the company's tax practices
What we're looking for
- Degree in Tax, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in taxation, preferably from a Tax Consulting Firm or Public Accounting Firm (fresh graduated are wellcome).
- Thorough understanding of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax regulations
- Holds Brevet A & B certifications; Brevet C is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using tax software and spreadsheet applications
- Placement at the YARD Office in Ungasan, Badung, Bali.
