Responsibilities
• Provide recruitment support such as phone interviews and select candidates for client interviews, coordinate interviews for hiring managers, and generate employment contracts.
• Assist with training administration such as submit government support training grants for clients from time to time.
• Able to assist with update of client’s HR policy and SOP procedures
• Assist on-boarding and off boarding of employees such as preparation of employee related documents such as letter of appointment, confirmation of appointment, letter of certification and all other HR related letters. Able to follow up on exit interviews and handover procedure via checklist.
• Responsible for a systematic and consistent e-filing system of employee personal files through cloud portal such as HRIS systems and as administrator for all its modules.
