1. Tender Documentation Management & Execution
Monitor, identify, and update potential tender/bidding opportunities (both domestic and international);
Review Bidding Documents (Invitation to Bid – ITB/HSMT), analyze requirements and eligibility criteria;
Prepare and complete Bidding Documents (HSDT), including legal documents, company credentials, quotations, proposals, and technical materials;
Coordinate with internal teams (Business, Project, Finance, etc.) to develop methodologies, pricing, and proposal content;
Ensure quality, formatting, and compliance of all submitted documents in accordance with the requirements of the procuring entity;
Ensure timely preparation and submission of bidding documents.
2. Tender Process & Related Procedures Management
Monitor and manage the entire bidding lifecycle: preparation – submission – clarification – negotiation – award;
Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders throughout the bidding process;
Support contract preparation and completion of post-award procedures;
Track progress and update the status of all bidding packages.
3. Legal Documentation & Compliance
Prepare, review, and manage legal documents for submission to government authorities and for tender participation;
Work directly with government agencies on licensing, compliance, and administrative procedures;
Support legal documentation and procedures for new business activities or expansion;
Assist in preparing tender documentation for projects related to the public sector;
Coordinate with internal teams to collect, verify, and consolidate required documents;
Monitor submission timelines, ensuring accuracy and on-time completion;
Maintain and organize legal documents, contracts, and tender records systematically;
Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
4. Internal Coordination & Data Management
Coordinate with internal departments to collect, verify, and consolidate information for tender submissions;
Maintain and update tender databases, reports, and tracking systems;
Support documentation related to contracts, invoices, and payments during project implementation.
5. Office Administration & Operations (Supporting Role)
Coordinate daily administrative tasks, logistics, and office operations to ensure smooth business continuity;
