Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Support: Assist in the daily management and oversight of operational processes, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
  • Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies within current workflows and propose solutions to optimize and streamline operations.
  • Resource Management: Manage inventory, supplies, and other resources to ensure they are readily available and properly allocated to various teams.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with different departments (e.g., sales, HR, IT) to ensure operations are aligned with company goals and are well-coordinated across teams.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Track key operational metrics and generate regular reports for management to assess performance. Provide insights and recommendations based on data trends.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify operational challenges and collaborate with relevant teams to develop solutions and prevent issues from recurring.
  • Vendor & Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with external vendors or suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods/services and resolve any issues related to external operations.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure that operations comply with industry standards, regulations, and internal company policies. Assist with quality assurance processes as necessary.
  • Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain and update operational documentation, including procedures, manuals, and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in an operations or administrative role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenges effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of professionalism and ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
