JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide guidance and support to foreign customers regarding clinic services such as operating hours, treatment costs, medical procedures, appointment booking, etc. via hotline channels.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback regarding clinic services when necessary.
- Confirm and arrange appointment schedules with customers.
- Maintain and update customer information in the clinic system accurately and according to schedule.
- Regularly observe customer feedback and contribute ideas to improve customer service quality.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Good typing skills and proficiency in office software.
- At least 6 months of experience in customer service; experience in healthcare or medical industries is preferred.
- Clear speaking voice with neutral accent.
- Good English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new things and adapt quickly to new environments.
- Strong sense of responsibility and customer-oriented mindset.

WORKING HOURS
Night shift: 11:00 PM – 08:00 AM (next day), from Monday to Friday.
