Job Description:
- Planning and coordinating the actuarial strategy for the Company in line with the Company's strategic objective
- Overseeing all financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting and planning
- Develop leading edge solutions and propose recommendations and strategies to solve commercial opportunities in unique ways that return optimal value to our business
- Assess internal data and processes to determine opportunities for application of advanced analytics for broad division-wide analytic usage
- Support sales and product development initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in statistics, actuarial science, mathematics , engineering, or physics.
- 5+ years of relevant actuarial experience in prior with leading a team.
- Posses Fellowship of the Society of Actuaries of Indonesia (FSAI) license is a plus
- Competent and have the right work ethic to lead a team
