We are looking for a passionate and high-performing Accounts & HR Admin who bears the following skills and qualities, to join us in growing an independent travel and lifestyle brand:
- bookkeeping in charge for Blue Sky Escapes;
- assist finance team with AP and AR functions, update and maintain all files;
- organize and file any incoming or outgoing invoices and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy;
- line item entry for all invoices, addition of new items and price changes;
- apply training grants as well as any other grants specified by the company;
- maintain employees personal files with updated records & documents;
- oversee recruitment administration, including sourcing of candidates via job online, advertisements;
- handle general administration duties for the office such as ordering of supplies and stationery for office;
- working knowledge of Xero will be an advantage;
- have at least 2 years working experience in HR;
- keen eye for details and extremely thorough;
- be available to work part-time and in house, 2-3 times weekly;
- an efficient project manager who can handle multiple projects simultaneously and work with tight timelines;
- self-motivated, resourceful and comfortable working in a cross-functional environment;
