Persyaratan Umum

1. Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi / Keuangan (lebih disukai dari universitas terakreditasi).

2. Pengalaman kerja minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang akuntansi; pengalaman di industri properti / konstruksi / real estate menjadi nilai tambah.

3. Usia maksimal 30–35 tahun.

4. Menguasai pencatatan akuntansi (general ledger, journal, AR/AP, cash flow, rekonsiliasi bank).

5. Terbiasa dengan penyusunan laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan sesuai PSAK.

6. Pengalaman menggunakan software akuntansi (Accurate, SAP, Oracle, atau sejenisnya).

7. Memiliki pemahaman tentang basic anggaran proyek, cost control, dan progress payment (karena relevan di industri properti/konstruksi).
