QUALIFICATIONS:
Having at least 2-3 years as Accounting & Budgeting in Fashion/Digital Marketing Insdustry
Bachelor degree in Accounting
Age max. 28 years old
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred), Spreadsheet, Accounting Software
Accustomed to making financial reports
Familiar with data management from Online Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktok)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Make financial reports for all brands owned by the company
Make cash flow reports for all brands owned by the company
Perform & Maintance bank reconciliation
Reconcile existing inventory stock
Perform and recap other reporting data
Gain and analyst information from ecommerce platform by developing spreadsheets reports ( gross profit margin report).
Record all transactions related to sales, sales returns, and account receivable from e-commerce sales to accounting system.
Maintain receivable accounts .
Control the inbound and outbound of goods in the system.
Responsible for testing and checking the new system that will be used by the ecommerce division.
Responsible for providing data for audits and internal needs.
