Job Qualification(s):
1. Bachelor's degree in Economy / Finance / Accounting
2. Min. experience as Accounting and Tax Staff and/or Officer for 2-3 years.
3. Experience in using tax software (e.g., e-Faktur, e-SPT) and accounting software, as we all as having a strong understanding of local tax regulations (e.g., Brevet A & B).
We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with high proficiency in analytical and numerical skills. Must have a high sense of integrity; able to keep confidentiality in regards to the company's guidelines.
Job Description(s):
1. Tax Compliance & Filing: Preparing and filing monthly/annual tax returns (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 4 ayat 2, PPh 25/29) accurately and on time.
2. Financial Reporting & Reconciliation: Reconciling tax invoices (Faktur Pajak) with financial reports and maintaining accurate general ledgers.
3. Documentation: Archiving financial documents, invoices, and tax returns for audit purposes.
4. Tax Planning & Advice: Monitoring changes in tax laws and advising management on potential tax savings or risks.
5. Audit Support: Assisting with internal/external audits and handling tax audits from authorities.
