Job description for Accounting & Tax Associate at PT Kita Teknologi Andalan
- Prepare tax returns, payment, necessary paperwork, and reports (Invoice, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh Final, Efaktur)
- Assess and research difficult tax issues to identify solutions
- Manage and maintain the company’s tax database
- Determine tax savings and recommend strategies to improve profits
- Ensure you comply with regulations by forwarding required information to federal, state, and local authorities
- Offer support and guidance during audits
- Evaluate tax regulations and suggest policies that diminish the tax burden
- Keep track of indursty trends and changes related to taxes
- Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax report
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and periodically accounting report, Journal, General Ledger, Profit and Loss, Asset Management, Balance Sheet and any other accounting report needed
- Manage all companies invoices , quotations, AR/ AP
