Job Description:
- Prepare Financial Statement
- Oversee Account payable and Account receivable cycle
- Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g. by assets, liabilities and expenses)
- Reconcile bank statements
- Oversee daily transaction, including payment, invoicing and daily posting Conduct month-end and year-end closures
- Prepare documents for audits
- maintenance of Trial Balance, General Ledger and Cost Center data
- Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
- Post, maintain the daily data accuracy in the company's accounting system for sales commission and expenses.
- High accuracy process of data
Requirement:
- Similar experience as a Staff Accountant or relevant role in accounting
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel; very good with spreadsheets
- Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Accounting principles, tax and regulations
- Good math skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Confidentiality and integrity
- Degree in Accounting
