Scope of Work
- Tracking Input Invoice (With vendor + E-commerce platform) and recording reasonable expense which compliance with VAT regulations.
- Tracking, collect, arrange, and Archive relevant documents (Input Invoice, Contract, Acceptance Minutes,...) for transactions.
- Tracking Admin fee (Pantry, Courier fee, Grab,...)
- Tracking and record employee salary, SHUI, Personal Tax.
- Tracking with HR Admin about Fixed Asset, Tools & Instrustment, Prepaid expenses.
- Record account receivable and payable on bank statement.
- Track customer accounts receivable with bank statement.
- Monthly Calculate and record interest on loans monthly.
- Support month-end, year-end closing activities and coordinate with external auditors fo year-end closing activities.
- Support Team in Issuing output Invoice for E-commerce platform, MT,...
- Weekly check Input Invoice.
- Fill out the report assigned by the manager.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting/ Finance or relating majors.
- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in Finance and Accounting position.
- Working experiences in FMCG, retail industry or E-commerce is a strong plus.
- Proficient in accounting software – MISA, Microsoft Office and local tax system.
- Can speak/read/write English to deal with overseas counterparts.

Work time: 9AM - 6PM from Mon to Fri.
