Job description for Account Service Executive at Confirm Good Pte Ltd
The Role Responsibilities
Are you a savvy relationship builder and able to create long term connections?
In an Account/ Client Services role, you are the face of Confirm Good in engaging prospective client companies and introducing Confirm Good solutions to drive meaningful collaborations. You will be expected to actively acquire new-to-media relationships and cross-sell the entire suite of media products to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets as well as ensure that the accounts acquired by yourself consistently gush on how amazing your service is.
Internally, you will actively engage the content team to provide marketing and advertising suggestions to align both the client and our media network objective.
Requirements
· You are a persuasive and inspiring person that loves being around people.
· You’ll serve as the link between our Business Development & Partnership team, Clients and our Content Development Team.
· With empathy and wit, you are able to understand Clients’ requirements and present creative solutions.
· Develop relationships and partnerships with businesses and their public relations department/ agencies.
· Be the gatekeeper and initiator for all media invites & drops.
· Able to establish post-implementation measures and evaluation to monitor performances.
· Able to travel should the need arises due to business expansion.
· Good communication skills, adventurous, positive and cheerful.
· Exercises sound judgement in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Self-starter who can work with minimum supervision but at the same time is a team-player.
