Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships through regular updates, status reports and discussions of business priorities and strategic context with clients and regional teams. Keep production aligned with approved direction.
• Proactively address concerns, follow issues through to resolution and use client feedback to improve service processes and satisfaction.
Project and Production Management

• Check the correct market, version, format, copy and approval status before release. Obtain specialist creative or language review where needed and retain documented client approvals.
Change Management and Asset Delivery
• Consolidate feedback and manage changes and revision records. Assess delivery implications with the production team and escalate scope or commercial impacts to the Operations Lead.
• Process approved assets through DAM, including required naming, metadata, versions and delivery records. Confirm the client receives the correct approved files.
Reporting and Team Development
• Support weekly and monthly reporting with reliable ticket, SLA, quality, change and delivery data. Explain blockers and follow up actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Supervise the Account Executive, delegate routine requests within agreed limits and review escalations. Maintain accountability for the QC gate and client commitments.
