1. Duties and Responsibilities:
-• Own day-to-day relationships for assigned accounts; manage expectations, communicate proactively, and resolve issues.
• Understand the client’s business, brand, category, audience, and communication objectives; analyze briefs and clarify challenges and success criteria.
• Recommend and constructively challenge solutions based on objectives, budget, and client context.
• Contribute hands-on to communication, campaign, or IMC plans, connecting business challenges, audience insight, strategic direction, solutions, channels, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, Digital, and Production to develop integrated solutions.
• Contribute to brainstorming, proposals/pitches, estimates, and presentations; involve the AD/Strategy team in complex issues or work beyond delegated scope.
• Plan and track scope, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resources, approvals, and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams and partners; manage feedback and scope changes while protecting quality, timelines, and client commitments.
• Flag delivery, budget, or quality risks early, recommend solutions, and capture learnings after project completion.
• Track fees, costs, scope changes, sign-off, and payment status for assigned projects; flag commercial risks.
• Identify relevant upsell/cross-sell opportunities and propose service expansion; support pitches/new business when assigned.
• Coordinate project sign-off, invoicing, and collection. Commercial exceptions or commitments beyond authority require approval from the AD/Managing Director.
• Use AI/digital tools for research, brief synthesis, proposals, and reporting while validating accuracy and protecting confidential information
2. Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of Account/Client Services experience in an agency or relevant brand/marketing environment.
• Proven hands-on experience managing clients and projects from brief to delivery; able to work independently.
• Experience contributing to proposals, communication plans, or campaigns/IMC; strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking.
• Practical understanding of how brand, creative, content, digital, media, PR, and production teams work together.
• Experience managing timelines, scope, budgets, feedback, and risks; basic understanding of fees, costs, and collections.
• Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; ownership mindset and sound judgment within delegated authority.
• English proficiency and experience guiding junior colleagues are advantages; willingness to use AI/digital tools responsibly.
