Job description for Account Manager at Vibrand
- Develop new business, prepare business proposal, negotiate contracts and close agreements to achieve sales target.
- Build long-lasting and trusted advisory relationships with existing clients and or identify areas of improvement to retained the clients and meet sales quotas.
- Monitor project performance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare reports on account status, forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Assist Account Executive with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Min 2 years of proven work experience in creative/ digital agency as Account/ BizDev/ Marketing/ Sales team or relevant role.
- Have capability in team management and good leadership.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, negotiation, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
- Proven ability to juggle & oversee multiple account management project at a time.
- Stong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesia & English.
- Available for Full Remote Work, accountable & high integrity.
- Bring your Own Device/ have personal equipment (laptop) for work.
- Mobile ready if required, for example : internal team meeting, visit to the clients in Jabodetabek area.
