We are Niagahoster, a tech company based in Yogyakarta that provides web-hosting services. To successfully build long-term relationship with clients and increase revenue, we are looking for an Account Manager. S/he will foster customer engagement as well as crafting sales ideas to attract more customer. This role required strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills. Responsibilities:
- Focuses sales efforts by exploring customer value chain and acquiring new customer, through various platforms;
- Implement sales plan and communicate with customers in the territory in order to achieve target revenue;
- Obtain solution for customer requirement or issue on service for future service enhancement on timely manner and new product development in order to enhance service standard and to maximize customer satisfaction;
- Have a passion to maintain customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in order to increase customer buying;
- Gather customer feedback and share with internal team for product and service development;
- Collaborate with Production Team according the customer project and needs.
Day to day activities;
- Strategically foster customer engagement;
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to the accounts;
- Crafting sales ideas/innovation to attract more customer.
Requirements:
- Min one year experience at sales field;
- Have a set of skills customer oriented, good communication skill, confidence, friendly, good in negotiation;
- Having knowledge in domain, hosting, blog, and website will be valued;
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs;
- Great empathy;
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail;
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
