JOB DESCIPTION
• Building & maintaining a strong relationship with key client teams
• Developing and planning practical proposal for client 's brief with creativity.
• Coaching and developing team members' skills and knowledge.
• Building teamwork spirit to get better achievements.
• Researching event markets & update event knowledge from other sources
• Managing cost and vendors to deliver the best solutions for clients.
• Handling troubleshooting in projects with practical solutions.
• Keeping timeline on track and having back-up plan in every circumstances.
• Being responsible for pre-event, production, post-event activities.
REQUIREMENTS:
• University Degree in Economics, Marketing, Foreign Trade, …
• At least 3 years experience working at Event Manager
• Creative, active in working & functional at teamwork;
• Good command in English;
• Good at Word, Excel & Power Point
OTHER IFNOMATION:
• Probation: 2 months
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 6:00 (flexible hours)
• Welfare:
o Lunch at the office from Monday to Thursday every week, snack on weekdays.
o Monthly parking allowance for employees.
• Other allowances :
• Bonus for exceeding sales volume (if any): bonus according to company regulations when exceeding sales targets set for the year, bonus paid twice in February and June.
o 13th month salary
