- Manage and grow the brand’s business performance across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Tiki, etc.).
- Take responsibility for driving commercial performance, including monitoring revenue, GMV, ROI, conversion rate, and proposing initiatives for growth.
- Develop and execute sales plans, promotional strategies, and budget allocation for each campaign.
- Maintain and expand client relationships; act as the main contact point between the brand and internal teams (Media, Design, Operation).
- Prepare periodic business performance reports, analyze data, and provide optimization recommendations.
- Monitor market trends, update competitor activities, and propose strategies to enhance commercial performance.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-year experience in E-commerce (Account Management, Brand Operation, or Marketing). Candidates with experience at Agencies/Enablers are preferred).
- Knowing how to run Ads and manage Ads-budget in Ecom Platform is an advantage.
- Strong experience in data analysis, budget management, reporting, and commercial mindset with strong numerical sensitivity.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and e-commerce platform management tools.
- Good English communication skills; strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
