Job description for Account Management Associate at Moovaz Innovation Pte Ltd
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts and drive the growth of the accounts as measured by transactions and GMV.
- Identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to partners’ operations and deliver solutions to these issues.
- Evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities by performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
- Analyze data and develop initiatives to increase revenues for your portfolio.
- Understand and optimise account workflow processes including partners and clients data transfer, service standards, key timeline milestones, vendor improvement.
- Drive operational excellence by working with the partners and their operational teams.
- Help partners optimise and grow their business with Moovaz’s tech tools and processes.
- Resolves partners’ issues or complaints actively by investigating the problem, developing the solution, making recommendations to management.
- Work closely with the team across functions from commercial, marketing, operations and product to execute acquisition strategies and initiatives.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficient in online tools such as CRM system such as Hubspot, Microsoft Office, Google Suite and Airtable.
- Resourceful with technological tools to find solutions to the problem.
- Self-directed, able to take initiative to pre-empt vendor needs and help them grow.
- Have a technology led mindset in your daily operations
- Thrive in working in a small team with high ambitions to learn and grow.
