- Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Communication, or a related academic area.
- Experience in sales minimum 2 years.
- Fluency in both Bahasa and English is required. Mandarin speak (added value).
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence others
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficient computer skills, and experience with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite, emphasizing superior Excel skills.
- Able to work as a team and individual.
- Having good knowledge of IT Products.
- Act as the account of contact for all account matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed.
- Resolve account issues and complaints.
- Work closely with the Partnership and Banking teams to ensure rapport and collaboration between partners and clients.
- Manage/ maintain new account & existing accounts.
- Acquisition of new clients on a target basis.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and periodic initiatives to share with team leaders and peers on a regular basis.
- Fast Learn all MECS products. strong understanding of the e-commerce and digital commerce market and be the first person a client calls for escalation.
- Accompany sales for product-related meetings.
- Provide an explanation regarding the product to the customer.
