Job description for Account Executive at PT. Garuda Produksi Kreatif (Garudaku - PB ESI)
- Identifying potential clients based on assigned area
- Managing the entire sales cycle from finding a new potential client to securing a deal
- Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective clients
- Building relationships with client and internal parties
- Handling negotiations
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment
- Provide sales reports monthly and quarter
- Bachelor’s degree in any major
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales, Business Development, or a relevant position
- Experienced in Media or Esports company is a plus
- Having knowledge of the latest trends and issues related to sales
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, and having knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and able to communicate in English
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to maintain a strong relationship with key partners
