1. Job Description:

We are seeking a Account Executive (Ecommerce – Affiliate) with strong expertise in TikTokShop & Shopee Affiliate, responsible for affiliate strategy, campaign execution, brand development, and GMV growth through KOC/KOL ecosystems.

1. Affiliate Ecommerce Strategy & Operation – TikTok Shop (20%)

  • Strong hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate (primary focus) and Shopee Affiliate.
  • Plan, execute, and manage video affiliate & livestream affiliate campaigns.
  • Work closely with Operation teams to ensure campaign performance and delivery.
  • Build approached strategies tailored to each category.
  • Audit campaigns and livestreams/VDO  to ensure quality and effectiveness.
  • Identify risks and propose operational improvements.

2. Account Management & Client Retention (30%)

  • Manage and grow relationships with ecommerce brand clients.
  • Understand client objectives, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Develop affiliate proposals and packages for testing and scaling.
  • Present, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Ensure high service quality and long-term partnerships.

3. Business Development & Brand Growth (30%)

  • Proactively acquire and expand brand pools for TikTok Shop Affiliate.
  • Analyze brand needs to design optimized affiliate cooperation models.
  • Convert new brands into long-term clients.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Contribute to overall business growth strategy.

4. Data Analysis, Reporting & Optimization (20%)

  • Analyze ecommerce performance data (GMV, orders, AOV, CTR, CVR, ROAS).
  • Prepare reports with insights and actionable next steps.
  • Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize content, KOC mix, and livestream strategies.

2. Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Affiliate Ecommerce, KOL/KOC Management, or equivalent.
  • Practical experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate (required).
  • Experience running VDO Affiliate and Livestream Affiliate campaigns for KOCs/KOLs.
  • Ability to read and analyze ecommerce data and provide optimal solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, consulting, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinking, and ability to work under pressure.
