- Plan and conduct induction teacher training programs on IvyPrep policy, classroom procedures, instructional materials and equipment, and teaching aids;
- Observe teachers’ lessons to evaluate their performance and recommend changes that could strengthen teacher’s teaching skills and student’s learning experiences;
- Work with other staff at the campus about the center teaching schedule;
- Check and approve teachers’ working hours on the ECO STUDY system;
- Substitute teaching when necessary;
- Take part in assessing teachers’ Performance;
- Follow-up of students’ homework, assignment, performance;
- Ensure academic operation following the regulations set in the Teacher and Academic staff Handbooks;
- Conduct students/ teachers’ satisfaction surveys;
- Follow up and resolve all teacher-related issues at the center level;
- Initiate academic activities at the campus to improve teaching quality and to motivate students;
- Communicate with parents via phone or email about student’s study progress
- Ensure students’ achievement of the learning outcomes;
- Organize activities/events to motivate students;
- Lead and supervise TAs at the center;
- Assign working hours to TAs;
- Provide professional development workshops/training to TAs when needed;
- At least 1 year of experience in relating position.
- Preferred knowledge on teaching methodologies, principles, and methods for curriculum and training design.
- Communication, Presentation skills;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Team working and decision-making skills;
- Be able to work under high pressure and do multitask;
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, Project, PPT;
- Moderate understanding of Learning Management System (LMS) and other education software.
- Honest, enthusiastic, dynamic, innovative, and confident
- University degree in English Language, TESOL.
- Having an English certificate from B2 upper or IELTS 6.5 is preferable.
