Job Description:
- Work with the Product Manager to gather requirements and analyze cross-module impacts using systems thinking.
- Translate business requirements into clear product documentation such as PRDs, FRSs, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria, ensuring logic and data integrity.
- Use LLMs and prompt engineering to support draft documentation, case exploration, and edge-case identification.
- Create rapid wireframes or prototypes with Generative AI tools to optimize user flows and improve the end-user experience.
- Support customers during product implementation and usage by identifying, classifying, and resolving issues, while managing expectations on roadmap, features, and timelines.
- Work closely with Developers and QC to communicate requirements, ensure quality, and support product acceptance.
- Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a Product Executive, Business Analyst, or Tech BA.
- Prior experience with enterprise management software or direct customer support is preferred.
- Strong systems thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across functions.
- Good understanding of SME/Enterprise operations, especially in FnB/Retail, is a plus.
- Open-minded and comfortable using AI tools to improve performance.
- CV is preferred to include a portfolio or sample PRD, User Story, Wireframe, or Prototype created or optimized with AI, along with clear notes on the tools and methods used.

Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00 (lunch break from 12:00 - 13:00) from Monday to Friday
