JOB DESCRIPTION
Partner Development:
- Identify, approach, and develop partnerships with end-users and technology providers in Vietnam for Manufacturing Solutions.
- Support the commercialization and market expansion of solutions through local partners.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to create mutual value for the company and its partners.
- Deliver new partnership targets and maximize revenue/value from partner networks.
Partner Relationship Management:
- Act as the contact point for assigned partners and key accounts.
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships to ensure effective and sustainable collaboration.
- Monitor partnership performance and ensure commitments are delivered as agreed.
Market Analysis and Strategic Proposals:
- Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors in the manufacturing sectors in Vietnam.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance partnership effectiveness and business growth.
Internal Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with relevant departments such as the Product Team, Marketing, and Operations to implement and manage partnership projects.
- Prepare regular reports on partnership performance and project status for management review.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks assigned by managers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or equivalent roles.
- Possess an established network of factories and manufacturing enterprises (for Smart Factory) or financial institutions, Fintech, and E-wallet providers.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Knowledge of market trends and business development strategies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in foreign languages (especially English) is preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Flexible working regime and health care:
- Flexible timekeeping (from 8:00 - 9:00 to 17:30 - 18:30)
