RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive the PO, check full info, promo scheme, aging and contract term (if any) then
raise SO or quotations.
• Answer customers telephone queries. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve
satisfaction
• Generate client leads, increase the number of customers, answer client queries and
prepare sales documentation
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Communicate and handle customer information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;
determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to
solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure
resolution
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time
limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being
delivered
• Specific responsibilities include dealing with invoices, chasing up overdue payments
and monitoring ongoing orders
• Take care all clients information/contracts/payment terms…
• Process all sales-related paperwork, daily sale reports
• Collaborate with team members and support daily warehouse operations
• Complete the Ad-hoc task as requested by Line Manager.
PERSONAL SPECS
• Have 1-2 years experience as Customer Service; WH Associate position
• Proven customer support experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Experience with SAP systems and practices preferred
