1. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advocate for the company. Growing business from current clients and new pitch. Make sure target and profit achievement
- Working with the client to establish their aims and objectives
- Responsible for primary tracking and analysis of client/business/category infomation and progress of execution of projects
- Analysing existing data, market reports and trends
- Day-to-day management, build and keep relationship with clients
- Lead the project and co-ordinate with all departments to make sure the best quality outcome
- Ensure weekly Wip meeting with internal teams and clients
- Recommend, evaluate and supervise all 3rd parties’s activities
- Manage project timeline. Anticipate issues and propose the solutions
- Control of client budget (estimate, invoices, monthly reconciliation)
- Issuing status report and running status meetings
- Competitor’s reviews, regularly practice market/store check
- Third party coordination and papeworks
- Collaboration with media to define the budget to media channels to maximize the budget effectiveness
- Presenting ideas and conclusions to the client
- Monitoring the success of the campaign as it runs, suggesting changes and improvements where necessary
- Encourage upsells and cross-sells.
- Be the voice of the customer. In-depth understanding of customer likes and dislikes about your products, which can be discovered through surveys, reviews, referrals, and more.
2. Required Skills/Experiences/Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in communication/marketing, ideally at an agency handling fast-paced, multi-layered clients.
- Strong planning mindset, with the ability to structure problems, develop strategic thinking, and translate insights into actionable plans.

- Proven ability to build and retain strong client relationships
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and integrated communication strategies.
- Strong project management and organizational skills – you thrive in the chaos and know how to make order out of it.

- Team leadership experience – You’re comfortable mentoring junior staff and raising the team’s standard.

- Fluent in Vietnamese and professional English communication is a plus.
