The Moment We're In

Meri Dessert built its name as a small shop with one killer product: our tiramisu. That chapter is closing. We're becoming a 3-trick wonder — the go-to destination for the most complex, high-quality desserts in the country, a genuine pedestal for quality. That shift needs to show up everywhere: our image, our ads, our branding story, our website, all of it.

We're looking for a young talent to help us tell that story, someone who can join as an intern for 3 months and grow into a full-time role shaping how Meri Dessert looks, sounds, and feels. This role is highly hands-on: you'll work directly on the company's real marketing materials, not mock projects or theoretical exercises. You'll report directly to the Marketing Director and produce content that goes straight into our live TikTok and Meta ad campaigns. You'll see your work running as actual ads, track how it performs, and adjust based on real results. We're looking for someone who can work independently, take ownership of tasks, and deliver without needing constant supervision.

What You'll Do

• Help shape and execute Meri Dessert's new brand story as we move from a one-product shop to a multiproduct destination for high-quality dessert — across image, ads, and website.

• Plan, shoot, and edit images and short-form videos for TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads and organic content — all material used directly in the company's active campaigns, not practice assignments.

• Execute end-to-end content production: concept, filming/shooting, editing, and final delivery.

• Contribute ideas and content to our website and broader brand presence, not just social.

• Work directly with the Marketing Director to align content with campaign goals and brand style.

• Get hands-on experience with your content actually running as ads: monitor real performance data and adjust creative based on live results, not theory.

• Manage your own task list and timelines with minimal day-to-day supervision.

• Support other marketing tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Bold, out-of-the-box creative thinking - you're not afraid to pitch the wild idea.

• 4th-year university student (able to commit part-time hours during the internship).

• Strong hands-on skill in producing and editing image and short-video content, specifically for TikTok and Meta ads.

• Comfortable working independently, able to take a brief, figure out the execution, and deliver quality work without hand-holding.

• Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere/Photoshop, Canva, or similar.

• An eye for visual trends on TikTok and Instagram/Facebook.

• Reliable, organized, and proactive in communication.

Compensation & Progression

This is a paid internship with an allowance of VND 3,000,000/month for the first 3 months. Interns who

demonstrate strong performance and initiative will be offered a full-time position at Meri Dessert after this

period.
