JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and lead multiple social campaigns simultaneously, ensuring quality execution and on-time delivery
- Work closely with the Account Manager to take client briefs, develop proposals, and present to clients when needed
- Prepare quotations, manage budgets & optimizing KPI for client
- Build and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks and solutions
- Take ownership of campaign execution across digital platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Zalo, etc.), including coordinating with third-party partners and ensuring smooth delivery throughout the campaign lifecycle
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and proactively suggest optimizations to improve outcomes
- Report on project progress, risks, and KPI performance to internal teams and clients
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, social, and media) to ensure seamless execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and third-party partners
- Mentor/guide junior team members (if any) and support team efficiency
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital/social agency as a Senior Account Executive
- Solid experience in managing social/digital campaigns independently
- Experience in Influencer Marketing is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of digital platforms and campaign execution (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Results-driven, with strong ownership and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills
- Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working in a dynamic agency environment
- Experience in proposal development, reporting, and client-facing roles
- Good English communication skills
